Junior Divisions (18 Y.O. & Under):
  • Junior Team Division: 5–15 dancers | Duration: 5:00 min max.
  • Junior Mega-Team Division: 16+ dancers | Duration: 5:00 min max.

Any Age Divisions:
  • Solo: Max 20 performances to be preselected | Duration: 2:00 min max.
  • Mini-Team Division: 2–5 dancers | Duration: 2:00 min max.
  • Team Division: 5–15 dancers | Duration: 5:00 min max.
  • Mega-Team Division: 16+ dancers | Duration: 5:00 min max.

WOD Styles Any Age Divisions:
