These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of World of Dance London's Website, located at https://worldofdancelondon.com/
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use World of Dance London if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", “Customer”, “Buyer”, "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logs on to this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company - EVENT HOUSE LTD. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Responsible for the organization of events and conducting business activities during the “World of Dance London” is EVENT HOUSE LTD, Company Registration Number: 13626699; Registered Office: 44 Gledstanes Road, Flat 1, London, England, W14 9HU. Contact with the Administrator is possible by means of a postal operator to the registered address or by e-mail: london@worldofdance.com


2. Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing World of Dance London, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the World of Dance London's Cookies Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user's details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.
3. Product or Service Purchase Policy
On this site, the customer can purchase products and services within the World of Dance London. The customer can purchase the following products or services:


  • Organization of access to online or offline events, bundle accesses to events, as well as the sale of related products and services related to World of Dance London.
Products may differ in various factors, such as cost, cultural value, character, content, and so on. Before buying any product or service from World of Dance London, please read the description of the product, and its contents, as well as the specific date and time when it will be possible to access a particular service or product.


In order to make a purchase, the customer must read the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Regulations of the specific Event. If the client has made a purchase, namely made payment by the method offered by worldofdancelondon.com or any other method, he automatically agrees to the above terms and conditions, policies, and regulations of use of World of Dance London products and services.


4. Product or Service Delivery policy
After making a payment of 100% of the amount specified publicly, the client will receive a notification in his personal mailbox, which he will specify during the process of payment for the service or product offered by worldofdancelondon.com. This notification will contain:
  • Greetings and Written Confirmation of Successful Purchase
  • Successful Transaction Confirmation File
Because World of Dance London follows environmental principles, we do not provide printable tickets. This confirmation of payment to the customer's email is the ticket; by presenting it, the customer will have full access to the purchased product on the day of the festival and in accordance with the specific event regulations.


5. Access Policy to World of Dance London events, products, and services
Attention: By purchasing any access, product, or service as a customer, you have read and accept the following conditions:


  • This public agreement applies to any customer who purchased access to the events, products, and services.
  • The organizers strongly recommend that all customers have health insurance valid on the date of the event. In case of injury to customers during the festival, the organizers, in the absence of such insurance, are not responsible for the health of the customers.
  • If you need documents confirming your presence at our event, please inform the organizers in advance so that we can prepare them in time.
  • The organizers and administration of the event venue are not responsible for accidents of customers or other persons during the event.
  • The person who registers one or more users of the product must obtain official permission from the persons or official representatives of the persons whom he registers, to place personal data in the registration system.
  • By registering yourself or persons from your dance team, you and the team members automatically consent to the processing of personal data under the UK GDPR.
  • By visiting in person an area relevant to the World of Dance London event, you automatically agree that you assume all responsibility for the use of copyright and/or related rights (musical works) and all possible claims of copyright holders will be resolved by you independently in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • You fully waive any rights to photo and video materials made during the event which depict you/your performance, and acknowledge the full right of the Organizers (EVENT HOUSE LTD) to use the materials at their discretion for editorial or commercial purposes, provided they do not portray the client in a bad light or violate moral and ethical boundaries.
6. Payment methods
The website WorldofDanceLondon.com uses an integrated automated payment system. This system allows the customer to pay in various currencies (PLN / EUR / USD / GBP / UAH), but the final amount will be settled in GBP (British Pounds) to the account of the representative. Methods include:
  • APPLE PAY / GOOGLE PAY
  • VISA / MASTERCARD
  • ELECTRONIC WALLETS
  • BLIK (for eligible transactions)
Customer must provide proof of payment (email confirmation) to the Administration at World of Dance London for access.
7. Refund policy
To request a refund, send an e-mail with the subject line "REFUND" to london@worldofdance.com, no later than 3 days after the event. Refunds will not be made if:
  • Customers with a paid service do not participate on their own will.
  • Reservations fees are generally non-refundable as they hold a specific spot. You may transfer your spot to another person.
Exceptions for a 50% refund (requested 14+ days before the event):
  1. Drastic deterioration of health or serious injury (requires a medical certificate with a stamp and signature).
  2. Sudden death of a family member (requires relevant certification). The final decision regarding any refund is reserved by the management of EVENT HOUSE LTD.
8. Copyrights and Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, EVENT HOUSE LTD and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on World of Dance London. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not:
  • Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from World of Dance London.
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from World of Dance London.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
The limitations of liability set in this Section govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort, and for breach of statutory duty.
